Brand refresh

A modern identity.
Still unmistakably Big Ben.

We refreshed the colors, typography, and logo treatment to give Big Ben a more contemporary presence. The familiar B emblem keeps the connection to its manufacturing heritage.

The refreshed identity, presented as a brand-book mockup.

A distinctive palette

Terracotta adds warmth. Deep charcoal, white, and soft grey keep products and content in focus.

Clear, modern typography

Public Sans headlines paired with DM Sans body text create a consistent hierarchy across the website.

A refined logo treatment

The heritage B emblem sits beside a cleaner wordmark, with updated color and spacing.

The transformation

From a crowded storefront
to a focused showroom.

The original site split attention across a long menu, competing calls to action, and products listed at Rs. 0.00. We redesigned the experience around how brands, hotels, and importers explore products and enquire.

BeforeOriginal Big Ben Furniture homepage with multiple navigation links and competing calls to action
A long header and several competing next steps.
AfterRedesigned Big Ben Furniture homepage with simplified navigation and a project enquiry call to action
A clear introduction, shorter menu, and one primary action.

Product discovery

A furniture catalog
buyers can actually explore.

  • Search & filter. Find products across the furniture range.
  • Explore collections. Browse dedicated pages with product imagery and descriptions.
  • Enquire directly. Product enquiries replace zero-price listings.
BeforeOriginal furniture collection showing bed frames priced at Rs. 0.00
Zero prices gave buyers little useful purchasing information.
AfterRedesigned furniture product catalog with bed frame imagery and enquiry links
Product-led collections with descriptions and enquiry links.

The searchable range includes bed frames, adjustable beds, hotel bases, headboards, and foldaway beds.

Product & custom enquiries

From the right product
to the right conversation.

Product pages now open an enquiry with the product name already prepared. For bespoke manufacturing, a dedicated journey explains how an idea becomes a prototype and then a production range.

BeforeOriginal Modern Bed Frame product page with specifications and cart tools
Product specifications without a direct contextual enquiry.
AfterRedesigned bed frame product page with specifications and a product enquiry path
Specifications and a product-specific next step in one place.

A clear path for custom work.

  1. Shape the briefDrawings, dimensions, materials, and finishes.
  2. Review the prototypeCheck form, fit, and finish.
  3. Build the rangeMove from an approved idea into production.

Responsive web design

One clear next step.
On every screen.

  • Enquire stays visible. A direct link in the mobile header.
  • One primary action. A focused first screen.
  • More room for products. Secondary links stay in the menu.
BeforeOriginal Big Ben mobile homepage with two stacked calls to action
Two actions compete on the first screen.
AfterResponsive Big Ben Furniture homepage with Enquire visible in the mobile header
One primary action, with Enquire easy to reach.

Brand storytelling & automation

60 years of making.
A new way to tell the story.

A chapter-based history connects Big Ben’s manufacturing roots in India with its international business. Alongside the redesign, we added tools for lead capture, buyer questions, and ongoing content.

Lead capture

Enquiries begin from the product pages, with company and project details collected in the form.

Content automation

AI agents write and publish daily blog articles, with local SEO included in the project scope.

Buyer questions

An AI-powered FAQ covers custom development, the product range, exports, and pricing.

Delivery & next steps

Built in one week.
Ready for its next chapter.

  • Website & catalog. Responsive pages and searchable collections.
  • Enquiry journeys. Product-specific and custom project flows.
  • Content & automation. Lead capture, blog publishing, and buyer FAQs.

Next phase: Shopify commerce. Dealer ordering and custom purchase flows are being connected.
