Who is this partnership for?
Growing businesses with ongoing design needs, a decision-maker ready to collaborate, and a team ready to implement. Bring a launch, a customer journey that needs improvement, or a gap in your design capacity. For a single fixed deliverable, we can recommend a project instead.
What does unlimited mean?
Add as many requests as you need to the shared queue. We work on one active workstream at a time. Revisions stay within the agreed scope; new directions are reprioritized. Unlimited requests does not mean unlimited simultaneous work or a guaranteed number of completed projects.
How fast will I receive work?
We confirm your kickoff date, response window, and first milestone before payment. Smaller requests and complex product work have different timelines. You receive weekly written progress, two working reviews each month, and agreed dates for each milestone.
What is included in the first month?
A review of the relevant experience, a priorities plan, and work on one agreed milestone, followed by a handoff or release and an outcomes review. The examples above illustrate possible scopes; they are not all included in one month. We confirm deliverables, access needs, and feedback dates at kickoff.
Is development included?
Front-end implementation is included only when it is explicitly part of your agreed scope. We confirm the stack, integrations, and release responsibilities upfront. Backend engineering and full app builds require separate scoping.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Request a pause or cancellation before your next renewal, and we will confirm the effective date and handoff in writing. Your agreement sets out notice requirements, any remaining work, and how unused time is handled before you pay.
Who owns the work?
Your agreement defines ownership and source-file handoff for paid deliverables. We provide organized files and implementation guidance. Any third-party fonts, images, tools, or licenses are identified separately so you know what transfers.
Do you guarantee business results?
We agree a business objective and review available evidence each month. Revenue and conversion depend on your product, implementation, traffic, and other factors, so we do not promise a specific uplift.
Do you accept every client?
We work with a limited number of clients. The free discovery call helps both sides assess goals, budget, timing, and working expectations. We confirm fit and availability before offering a place.
What if I only need a fixed block of hours?
Our Fractional Designer plan provides 40 hours per month for $2,500 with a designer matched from our selected pool. The Design Partnership adds an ongoing priorities plan, senior direction, and a structured review cadence.
