What we collect

When you contact us or request a free UX teardown, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, product URL, and anything you write in your message.

We also collect standard, aggregated site analytics (pages visited, device type). We do not buy data about you or track you across other sites.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, deliver the teardown or service you asked for, run our engagement, and improve this site. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Where it lives

Submissions go to our email and project tools; analytics stay in our analytics provider. We keep inquiry data only as long as needed for the conversation or engagement, then delete it on request or on a periodic cleanup.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act promptly. Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR or CCPA regions), you may have additional statutory rights, which we honor.

Chat assistant

The chat assistant on this site runs entirely in your browser. It matches your questions against published site content and does not use external AI services. Conversations are not stored, transmitted, or used for any purpose; closing the page erases them.

Cookies

See our Cookie Policy for what we store on your device and how to control it.
