Who is this for?

Growing teams with ongoing brand, website, or product design work and a decision-maker ready to collaborate. It is a good fit when you need senior direction and hands-on delivery across several connected priorities.

What does unlimited requests mean?

You can add requests to the shared queue at any time. We work on one active workstream, with an agreed scope and milestones. Unlimited requests does not mean unlimited simultaneous output. Larger projects are broken into stages.

Is development included?

Front-end implementation can be part of an agreed milestone. We confirm the stack, pages, integrations, and release responsibilities before starting. Backend engineering, full app builds, hosting, and third-party costs are scoped separately.

How quickly will I receive work?

Each request gets a scope and delivery milestone before work begins. Timing depends on complexity, access, and feedback. Weekly written updates keep you close to progress, and two working reviews each month help resolve decisions.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. The partnership is monthly, with no long-term commitment. We confirm billing, pause and cancellation terms, start date, and your first milestone before payment.

What if I only need one project?

A defined website, brand, or product project may be a better fit. Tell us what you need on the intro call and we will recommend a scoped project or monthly partnership.
