Do you accept every project?
We work with a select number of clients so every engagement gets focused attention. Our discovery call helps both sides assess goals, scope, budget, timing, and working expectations before deciding whether to move forward. Booking a call does not guarantee a proposal or project acceptance. We reserve the right to decline new engagements for legitimate, nondiscriminatory business reasons, including limited capacity or a mismatch between project needs and our expertise.
Is it really free?
Yes, the call is free with no commitment. It is a real working session and a mutual fit check: we are looking for teams we can genuinely help, so it is not an open-ended free feedback service.
What should I prepare?
Nothing formal. A link to the product, a Figma file, or just the problem as it lives in your head is plenty.
Who joins the call?
A senior product designer who does the actual work. Never a sales team, never a junior.
What happens after?
If it makes sense to work together, we send a short plan and a quote. If it does not, you still walk away with a clear next step.
