What an AI-Native Design Process Actually Looks Like (Not Just 'We Use ChatGPT')

Every agency now claims to "use AI." Usually that means someone drafts copy with ChatGPT. An AI-native process is structurally different: the workflow is rebuilt around what machines do better, so the humans only do what humans do better.

The division of labor that works

AI owns synthesis. Interview transcripts, support tickets, session recordings, competitor screens: AI collapses weeks of affinity-mapping into hours, and it does not get bored on ticket 400. The patterns it surfaces are raw material, not conclusions.
