Sites we have scored

Public pages run through our framework. Every finding quotes the page, and every score shows its arithmetic.

79Solid

buildops.com

The messaging on this page is the best we have scored in this category. What is costing it is everything layered on top after the design was finished: a fifty percent black scrim over the customer videos, two overlays covering the mobile fold, statistics that read as forty digits of nonsense to a screen reader, and thirty four tracking cookies set before the visitor has agreed to anything.

82Solid

myrunbook.com

A beautifully built page that never answers the first question a visitor asks: run my physical operations, but which operation, and is this for me? A stranger stays confused about who it is for, and no customer is named to prove it works.

55At risk

www.gravwell.io

A security company selling at 70,000 dollars is asking for cookie consent while citing a privacy policy that does not exist anywhere on its site.

4 critical 9 high 27 findings
62At risk

neatlogs.com

Your site is well built and badly positioned: the two lines that explain why Neatlogs is different are fourteen screens below where a buyer needs them.

2 critical 12 high 30 findings
59At risk

www.moolai.ai

A strong product hidden behind a weak first screen: the hero is mostly empty and never shows what MoolAI does, the best features sit below the fold, and small breakages, a launch badge that opens an email, a self-serve promise that only books demos, no privacy policy on a compliance product, chip away at the credibility the great testimonials earn.

How these work

Scored the same way, every time

Each report runs one public page through the same framework: three weighted categories, every check scored the same way, and the arithmetic printed so the number can be questioned. Findings quote the page or cite a measurement. Anything behind a login or a payment step is flagged as a risk rather than asserted as a fault.

FAQ

Public scores, and the paid Friction Scan

These reports score public pages. A diagnosis of your own product is a separate, fixed-price engagement.

What does this page cost, and what is the paid audit?

This page is a gallery of public pages we have already scored. Reading the reports is free. They are examples of the evidence standard, not a diagnosis of your product. Paid work on your product is the UX Friction Scan at $5,000 fixed, with no hourly surprise. There is no separate price for this gallery.

How long does a paid Friction Scan take?

It starts with a free 30-minute scope call. After scope is locked, the scan is delivered in 5 business days: deep audit on days 1–3, prioritized findings on day 4, and a strategy readout on day 5.

What do you need from the founder?

Product access (a demo account is fine). Analytics if you have them, which is optional and useful. One 30-minute scope call where we agree the critical journey, usually onboarding, checkout, or the core workflow. That is it. The studio does the rest.

What will you not do?

We will not start a full redesign from taste with no evidence. We will not pretend a login-walled or payment-walled flow is broken without access: we flag the risk, and we do not invent faults. We will not deliver a junior checklist dump. This is senior judgment only. We will not lock you into a retainer to get the report. The report is yours either way. We will not do logo or branding-only work under this offer. This is product UX diagnosis.

Is the Friction Scan a full redesign?

No. It is the diagnosis that tells you whether you need targeted fixes or a deeper redesign. Many teams fix the top findings with their own engineers and stop there.

What if we want you to fix what you find?

Many scan clients continue into a Design Subscription, and we credit the scan toward the first month. You do not have to. The report is yours either way.
